The Brief

Bring both VM and customer focused layouts to the new up market Tesco concept store in Kensington. Challenge the operational viability of the design developed by Fitch, advising Fitch on all matters relating to VM and fixture design.

The Solution

Developed the store layout adjacency map, customer journey and VM focal points throughout both food and non-food.

Provided planning expertise to re-merchandise various food categories whilst introducing VM guidelines and techniques into fresh counter displays.

Was instrumental in placing Cook Shop within the produce department, bringing substantial growth to the business.
