The Brief

Create a new concept for Tesco Home in Europe.  Develop and design a low cost solution that is pragmatic in its approach taking into consideration customer journey, layout, fixture design, landscape, space planning and visual merchandising.

The Solution

Developing the concept from scratch we delivered aspiration into the pragmatic volume driven real world of supermarket retail.

Creating sub-shops within the Home category we developed the departmental layout adjacency map for Home, Cook & Dine and applied a customer journey and created VM focal points through clever use of landscape and fixturisation.

Provided visual merchandising and space planning expertise to remerchandise these categories; introducing VM guidelines and techniques into the business.
