THE BRIEF

To work along side BCG (Boston Consultancy Group) and D&P (Dalziel & Pow) on the transformation program creating a brand new store format that inspired customer interaction and provided a cohesive layout hitting all revenue targets set.

 

THE SOLUTION

Developed the various store templates applying the customer journey to the adjacency map within the new store personality. Space was fully optimised.

Acted as the conduit between BCG (analytics) & D&P (creative) to deliver the pragmatic layout which has not only allowed the concept to roll through the estate but was instrumental in driving DSGI's recent success.
